What I can send?

You can send anything you can think of: suitcases, golf equipment, skiing, surfboards, etc ...

Within the European Union: Shipments to Cyprus, Greece and Malta must be accompanied by a statement of contents.

Outside the European Union: Shipments to Norway, Sweden and Turkey must be accompanied by invoice for customs.

Where to pick up and deliver the luggage?

You have two options: we go to pick up your luggage at the address indicated, Domicilio particular, workplace, hotel ... Or leave it in our office.

¿Cuál es el horario de recogida?

El horario de recogida podrá seleccionarlo el cliente dentro del tramo de 9:00 a 19:00 horas y nunca será de obligado cumplimiento por el mensajero que podrá modificarlo en base al volumen de trabajo, incidencias o imprevistos en la ruta diaria programada.

El mensajero se reserva el derecho de anular la recogida si esta hay que realizarla con algún tipo de obstáculo que le impida el manejo normal de la mercancía, no es a pié de calle/ascensor o necesite ayuda por exceso de volumen o peso real.

How long it takes for domestic and international shipments?

National Deliveries take between 24-48 hours following business day of collection, Balearic Islands 3 International days and within the EU between 3 and 4 days depending on the delivery area.

Transit times for international shipments are for guidance and are calculated for major cities of the country of destination, weekdays, since the departure of the international platform to date of delivery to the addressee. What days I can request the service?

Shipping Safety

We have insurance for loss, casualty or theft up 520 € in domestic shipments and up 750 € on international shipments.

Goods Excluded from Coverage

Arms, money, jewelry, toxic materials, flammable or hazardous, perishable goods, living, artworks, glass, lotteries and pools and any product prohibited by law.

Do I have a weight limit and measures?

The shipping weight is unlimited lumps. The maximum weight per package is set to 40 kgs. The displacement per package may not exceed 240 add cms to measure the three-dimensional.
